N. Rebecca Fineman, Ph.D. (650-694-4678) received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from UCLA in 1994.She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA and then was a staff member at the UCLA/NPI where she continues to have a research appointment.She was also in private practice in the greater Los Angeles area for seven years, where she specialized in the evaluation and treatment of children ages birth to ten years.Dr Fineman has been a member of outpatient/multipdisciplinary clinical teams assessing young children at both UCLA/NPI and Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford. Dr. Fineman moved to the Bay Area in 2001 and joined the staff of the Children’s Health Council.In 2003, Dr. Fineman opened her own private practices in both Los Altos and Palo Alto.
